| | | | Asset Valuation for Highway Structures | LoBEG have produced a Technical Note that explains how the CSS Asset Valuation guidance (including Depreciation and Gross Replacement Cost) has been interpreted and applied in London. The Depreciation approach described in the Technical Note is based on the Guidance Document for Highway Infrastructure Asset Valuation published by the Roads Liaison Group and has now been superseded by the CIPFA code of practice.
